Day16 (-10). The start of the great clean up begins. Matt and I had a good day prepping the building for the final push on Mon/Tues next week, Matt sealed al the edges and I cleaned/moved out the remaining stuff in the building (anything that would fit out the door). Our vacuum has finally got here in the cargo so things are picking up.
Question of they day – how many different nationalities have bases in Antarctica?
We’re off on a day trip tomorrow so taking two cameras and a spare battery as they run out quickly in the cold, should get to see a lot of penguins and some great sights. Seen the doc here and got some more painkillers so knee feeling better today.
